Today is the first day of my seventh week, out of a nine week "learn to run" class. I can't believe it I ran the whole time! I'm so over the moon excited about it! I feel stronger with every run. It's crazy that I couldn't run for a minute six weeks ago. My big goal is to run for five miles without stopping on hale hill. I think I can, I think I can!

Five minutes on Hale Hill??!?? That's lofty! But I'm sure you can do it. I'm happy with five minutes on flat ground! Keep it up!
